Sprechi di risorse ed inquinamento lungo la filiera

Il Progetto si pone l’obiettivo di realizzare un film documentario sullo spreco di risorse alimentari. L’idea è quella di indagare la realtà attorno agli alimenti ed allo spreco di cibo. Seguendo le diverse fasi della filiera, dalla produzione, proseguendo per la distribuzione, fino ad arrivare al consumo, si cercherà di scattare una fotografia dell’attuale generale panorama internazionale, concentrandosi soprattutto però sul territorio nazionale italiano. Dai dati attualmente a nostra disposizione sappiamo che in Italia 4 milioni di persone non possono permettersi un pasto adeguato alle loro esigenze di sopravvivenza quotidiana. Il documentario quindi cercherà di acquisire delle informazioni di prima mano da diversi esponenti delle organizzazioni che si occupano di cibo e di recupero degli sprechi in campo alimentare (Slowfood, Banco Alimentare). Ulteriore informazioni verranno acquisite, anche dagli agricoltori che spesso diventano direttamente venditori e distributori. Il discorso sugli sprechi alimentari si collega ad un altro tipo di spreco, ad esso direttamente connesso: quello delle risorse energetiche utilizzate per la produzione dei beni e quindi all’aumento dell’inquinamento. Nella filiera produttiva infatti, il processo di trasporto e imballaggio, comporta un impiego non indifferente di risorse, che vengono poi dissipate nel momento in cui gli alimenti vengono gettati nel cassonetto, a causa, a volte, di piccoli difetti di produzione. Il documentario cercherà di raccontare gli sprechi che avvengono lungo la filiera, ricomponendo in un discorso unitario il panorama economico e sociale attorno al problema dei rifiuti alimentari in Italia. il progetto per la sua realizzazione necessita di alemno 60 giorni di tempo, durante i quali verrano allacciati i rappporti con i responsabili, realizzate le interviste, realizzate le riprese necessarie.

BUDGET

Il budget complessivo per la realizzazione del progetto è di 2600 euro. Gran parte dei fondi raccolti sarà destinata alla copertura delle spese per raggiungere i luoghi interessati (mercati, sedi di organizzazioni). Altra parte della somma a disposizione sarà destinata a coprire la spesa prevista per la produzione e la post-produzione del film, con il relativo acquisto di alcuni materiali necessari. L’intera somma indicata nel budget sarà raccolta tramite il sito Produzioni dal Basso.

Waste of resources and pollution along the supply chain 

The project aims to create a documentary film on the waste of food resources. The idea is to investigate the reality around food and the waste of food. Following the various stages of the supply chain, from production, continuing the distribution, up to the consumer, they will try to take a picture of the overall international scene, but focusing mainly on the Italian territory. From the data currently available to us, we know that in Italy 4 million people can not afford a meal that suits their needs of daily survival. The documentary then try to acquire first-hand information from various representatives of organizations that deal with food and recovery of waste in the food (Slow Food, Food Bank). Further information will be acquired, even by farmers who often become direct sellers and distributors. The discourse on food waste is connected to another type of waste, directly connected to it: that of energy resources used in the production of goods and thus increase pollution. In fact, the production process, the process of transport and packaging, involves the use of considerable resources, which are then dissipated when food is thrown in the bin, because, at times, small manufacturing defects. The documentary will try to tell the wastes that occur along the chain, in a speech unit recomposing the social and economic landscape around the issue of food waste in Italy. the project for its realization requires alemno 60 days, during which the rappporti Verrano connected with the leaders, made the interviews, carried out the shooting required. 

BUDGET 

The total budget for the project is 2600 Euros. Most of the funds raised will be allocated to cover the costs of traveling to places affected (markets, organizations, locations). Another portion of the amount available will be allocated to cover the expenditure envisaged for the production and post-production of the film, with its purchase of certain materials needed. The full amount indicated in the budget will be collected via the Site Produced by Basso.
