Cari amici, 
benvenuti nel progetto "Vivi Sardegna".

Il mio nome è Roberto, ed insieme a mia moglie Roberta vogliamo proporvi un progetto di turismo esperienziale nella nostra meravigliosa Sardegna. 

Attraverso l'affitto della nostra casa, vogliamo farvi "vivere" la nostra terra in un modo unico ed indimenticabile.  E' una nuova forma di "turismo partecipato" che si inserisce appieno nelle nuove opportunità che la sharing economy fornisce. 

Viverla intimamente, con i consigli di chi è del posto, con le opportunità che solo chi conosce i luoghi di appartenenza, può fornire.

Esperienziale perchè desideriamo che l'affitto sia solo lo strumento per poter "sperimentare" che cosa vuol dire vivere una vacanza in Sardegna e visitare luoghi meravigliosi, che sia per un semplice fine settimana, o un mese intero.

La nostra casa (nella foto) è una villetta indipendente nell'agro di Sorso, a 2,5 km da Sassari nella strada di Ponte Brandinu-Funtana Niedda, nel nord ovest dell'Isola.  Dista 8 km dal mare di Platamona raggiungibile in 8 minuti con strada a 4 corsie, 15 km da Porto Torres (arrivo/partenze traghetti), 35 km da Alghero (aeroporto), 50 da stintino (spiaggia La Pelosa), 110 da Santa Teresa (traghetti per arcipelago La Maddalena) e 100 da Olbia (Costa Smeralda/Golfo Aranci).

Ideale per famiglie, ma anche per chi pratica windsurf o kitesurf, considerato il clima buono da marzo ad ottobre, il mare abbastanza ventoso ottimo per praticare gli sport acquatici. 

Comoda anche per fare settimane invernali e visitare l'interno, senza tralasciare le belle giornate dove andare a passeggiare in spiaggia, o a cavallo nei maneggi della zona. 

Ha una veranda di 60 mq con barbecue, camino interno, riscaldamento autonomo ed ospita da 7 posti letto, ha una doccia sauna, e per chi ha voglia un giardino di 3000 metri quadri con oliveto e frutteto, che mettiamo a disposizione per gli ospiti, dove ci sono nel periodo estivo 3 alberi di fichi e fichi d'India, pere e susine da poter usufruire liberamente. 

Vogliamo insomma creare empatia con il luogo, e dare all'ospite un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Perchè un Crowdfunding?

Perchè per poterla rendere fruibile ha bisogno di alcuni lavoretti da fare, che necessitano di un sostegno finanziario, che chiediamo di supportare in anticipo. 

In questo modo chi partecipa è davvero coinvolto e parte di un progetto che non si vuole limitare solo a ospitare, ma vuole coinvolgere gli amanti della nostra meraviglisa terra e farli sentire parte attiva della nostra avventura. 

Tutti i preventivi lavori e rendiconti saranno pubblicati ed inviati ai sostenitori peridicamente in modo da consentire di vedere insieme i progressi. 

I lavori di massima consistono in:

 - automazione pozzo 

 - ripristino intonaci

 - manutenzione cancello ingresso

 - manutenzione legni

 - ripristino prato (sistema irrigaizione già presente)

- manutenzioni varie

I lavori saranno ovviamente eseguiti in economia. 

Chi supporta questa spesa iniziale che cosa avrà in cambio?

Chi supporterà questo progetto avrà in cambio un numero di pernotti equivalente al numero di quote sottoscritte secondo le modalità descritte di seguito.

I pernotti anticipati e prenotati potranno essere fruiti entro i 2 anni successivi alla partenza delle prenotazioni, orientativamente prevista per Aprile 2017. 

Dei piccoli lavori di sistemazione verrà data massima comunicazione, aggiornamento e dettaglio attraverso periodici stati di avanzamento via email e sui social da parte nostra e sulla pagina Facebook della casa. 

Chi partecipa e ci supporta diventa "Donor" ed avrà il diritto di prelazione sulle prenotazioni effettuate da esterni, e potrà usufruire PER SEMPRE di uno sconto del 30% sulle successive prenotazioni. 

La piattaforma di prenotazioni di massima sarà airbnb, ma su questo faremo poi seguito con maggiori dettagli, anche se chi sottoscrive il progetto e ci supporta potrà gestire le prenotazioni direttamente con noi. 

La bellezza di questo progetto del quale io e Roberta siamo entusiasti è la condivisione con chi vorrà aiutarci e diventare partecipe di un'esperienza futura che per noi è molto importante, quella di avere il privilegio di essere nati in una terra meravigliosa, privilegio che con questa iniziativa vogliamo condividere con tutti voi e rendervene parte integrante.

A tal fine, verrà aperta una pagina Facebook della casa ed un profilo Instagram, e l'iniziativa avrà l'hashtag #vivisardegna, perchè sarà bello creare una community che potrà condividere questo percorso esperienziale e divulgarlo.

In sintesi quindi, la formula di partecipazione al progetto, è molto semplice: 

-Le quote di partecipazione sono articolate in 3 formule:

    1) Formula singolo: la quota di 50 euro da diritto a 1 pernotto

    2) Formula famiglia: la quota di 350 euro da diritto a 7 pernotti per nucleo familiare (minimo 3 max 5 persone)

    3) Formula amici: la quota di 400 euro da diritto a 7 pernotti per un gruppo di amici di (minimo 4 max 7 persone)

- il crowdfunding raccoglie immediatamente la quota di sottoscrizione che si tramuterà in pernotti da programmare successivamente 
- il sostenitore potrà pianificare la riscossione della ricompensa, e quindi prenotare i pernotti dalla data di avvio delle prenotazioni (aprile 2017) sino ai 2 anni successivi;
- al sostenitore sarà dato diritto di prelazione sulle date rispetto a prenotazioni terze
- a tutti i sopstenitorio sarà assegnato PER SEMPRE uno sconto del 30% sulle future prenotazioni 

-l'affitto della casa una volta prenotato è subordinato all'accettazione del regolamento della casa ( in corso di redazione) pena restituzione della somma ed annullamento prenotazione

Dear friends,

welcome to “Vivi Sardegna” project.

My name is Roberto and together with my wife Roberta we would like to propose you an experiential tourism project in our wonderful land Sardinia

Through renting our House, we would like you to live our land in a unique and unforgettable way. It is a new kind of “Participated Tourism”, that is fully included in the new opportunities that “Sharing Economy” provides.

To live the vacation intimately, with all the tips of the natives, leveraging from the opportunities that only who really knows his native places can give.

Experiential because our wish is that the rent could be only a tool for experiment what could be to live a vacation in Sardinia and his wonderful places, just for a week end or for an entire month.

Our House ( in the pic) is a villa in the countryside of Sorso,  of Sardinia, 2,5 far from Sassari in Ponte Brandinu-Funtana Niedda road, Far 8 km from the sea of Platamona, approachable in 8min minuti by 4lanes road, 15km from Porto Torres (arrival/departures of sheep), 35 km from Alger (airport), 50km from Stintino (La Pelosa beach), 110 from Santa Teresa (sheeps for La Maddalena islands) and 100km from Olbia (Costa Smeralda/Golfo Aranci).

Perfect for families, is very recommended also for Windsurfers od Kite surfers, as the climate is very warm from March to October and the sea is very windy (Mistral blows often in winter), aspects that are perfects for all the sea sports.

The house is also comfortable for winter weeks, perfect to visit the interior part of Sardinia, without forgetting the sunny days where to take the chance to have a beautiful walk in the beach, or riding horses in the riding schools around.

Provided with a 60 square meters veranda with a big Barbecue, an internal chimney,  autonomous chimney, 7 beds, sauna shower, and for those who likes country side, a garden of 3,000 square meters with olive groves and orchards, which we provide to guests, where there are in the summer 3 fig trees and prickly pears, pears and plums that can be freely collected.

We would like to create, empathy with the place, and give to the guest an unforgettable experience.

Why a Crowdfunding?

Because, in order to make the house available some little adjustments to be financed ar needed: and this is the effort that through the Crowdfunding we are going to ask you in advance.

We strongly believe that in this way those who decide to participate are really involved and part of a project that is not only aimed at hosting, but wants to involve all the Sardinian lovers and make them feeling active part ofour adventure.

Al the estimates and proceedings will be published and sent to all the supporters timely.

Adjustment to be realized are:

·         automation of the shaft motor

·         restoration plasters

·         maintenance of the gate

·         maintenance of all woods

·         restoring of the lawn

Who will support this initial expenditure what will have in return?

Who will support this project will have in exchange a number of overnights equivalent to the amount subscribed according to the following ways.

The overnight stays booked in advance and can be enjoyed within 2 years, starting from the departure of reservations, approximately scheduled for April/May 2017.

Who participates and supports us will become a  "Donor" and will have the right of first refusal on bookings with respect of those made outside of the project, and FOREVER will benefit from a discount of 30% on subsequent reservations.

The booking platform will be probably airbnb, but on this we will then later in more detail, even if the person signing the project and supports us can manage reservations directly with us.

The beauty of this project on which I and Roberta  are really excited, is  to share it with those who want to help us and become a participant of future experience which for us is very important, the one to have the privilege of being born in this wonderful country, privilege that through this initiative we love to share with all of you, making you part of it.

For this purpose, a Facebook page of the house has been opened, and the initiative will have the hashtag #vivisardegna, because it will be nice to create a community that will share this experiential path and divulge it.

Finally, participating to this project is very easy:

-  subscriptions are divided into 3 packages:

    1) Single package:50 euros for 1 overnight

    2) Family package: 350 euros for 7 overnights per family (minimun 3 max 5 people)

    3) Friends package: 400 euros for 7 overnights for a group of friends ( minimum 4 max 7 people)

- crowdfunding immediately collects the subscription fee that will turn into lodgings for subsequent reservation
- subscribers will be able to plan the recovery of the reward and reserve the lodgings starting from the date of departure of reservation, approximately on April/May 2017 to the next 2 years.

- the subscriber will have the right of first refusal on bookings with respect of those made outside of the project,

- the subscriber FOREVER will benefit from a discount of 30% on subsequent reservations.al – the rent of the villa once reserved is subordinate to the acceptance of the “House Rules” (drafting ongoing) worth the returning of the amount and the deleting of the reservation.
