“Violante Bentivoglio Malatesta e il Palazzo Pretorio di Cittadella”

Relazione con finalità e modalità di realizzazione.
Il progetto nasce all’interno di una interessante collaborazione già in atto tra il Comune di Cittadella (PD) e l’Associazione Culturale OFFICINA DELLE IDEE, con sede nella città, per il sostegno e il patrocinio da parte dell’amministrazione comunale all’importante GEOFILMFESTIVAL Il Cinema degli Elementi, organizzato da OFFICNA DELLE IDEE e che ha avuto la sua prima edizione di successo nell’anno 2015/16 con oltre 50 paesi del mondo e 950 film partecipanti, e che nella sua seconda edizione anno 2017/2018 ha già avuto l’iscrizione di oltre ottanta Paesi del Mondo con quasi tremila film iscritti.
Legato all’intento statutario dell’Associazione, che è preposto alla divulgazione di attività artistico-culturali e turistiche, ci è parso naturale pensare di creare, unitamente ad un gruppo di professionisti del settore audio visivo (registi, attori, maestranze del territorio), che presteranno la loro opera solo con un rimborso spese, un docu-film (audiovisivo) su una figura femminile particolare come quella di Violante Bentivoglio Malatesta che diventata moglie di Pandolfo Malatesta, fisserà come sua dimora una residenza ad oggi denominata Palazzo Pretorio.
L’ipotesi è quella di trascorre una giornata nell’anno 1503 insieme a questa donna che si mischierà al vivere odierno, ma con sprazzi di Medioevo a volte allegri ma a volte bui. Una giornalista l’accompagnerà indagando sul suo essere donna del Medio Evo in una Cittadella (PD) divenuta odierna, ma al tempo stesso culla di tradizioni, turismo ed architettura.
Interessante è la ricerca storica e la rivisitazione scenografica, con l’aiuto di esperti del territorio, nella divulgazione artistico-culturale che, unita a quella turistica, pone sicuramente il Comune di Cittadella (PD) al centro dell’attenzione e lo rende sempre più polo di attrazione per il mercato turistico internazionale. 

Il sostegno al progetto consentirà di completare l'impegnativo lavoro di post-produzione collegato all'utilizzo di quattro macchine da presa e la scelta di riprese in 4K per una assoluta definizione e bellezza d'immagine. Ciò per riuscire a produrre un DVD Blu-ray, che permetterà la visione perfetta di luoghi e architetture di rara bellezza e unicità.

The project was born within an interesting collaboration already in place between the City of Cittadella (PD) and the Cultural Association OFFICINA DELLE IDEE, based in the city, for the support and patronage of the municipal administration to the important GEOFILMFESTIVAL The Cinema of the Elements, organized by OFFICNA DELLE IDEE and that had its first successful edition in the year 2015/16 with over 50 countries of the world and 950 films participating, and that in its second edition year 2017/2018 has already had the registration of over eighty countries of the world with almost three thousand films registered.
Linked to the statutory purpose of the Association, which is responsible for the dissemination of artistic and cultural activities and tourism, it seemed natural to think of creating, together with a group of professionals in the audio visual sector (directors, actors, workers of the territory), who will lend their work only with a reimbursement of expenses, a docu-film (audiovisual) on a particular female figure like that of Violante Bentivoglio Malatesta who became the wife of Pandolfo Malatesta, will fix as his residence a residence now called Palazzo Pretorio.
The hypothesis is to spend a day in 1503 with this woman who will mix with today's life, but with flashes of the Middle Ages sometimes cheerful but sometimes dark. A journalist will accompany her investigating her being a woman of the Middle Ages in a Cittadella (PD) which has become today, but at the same time a cradle of traditions, tourism and architecture.
Interesting is the historical research and the scenographic reinterpretation, with the help of experts of the territory, in the artistic-cultural divulgation that, together with the tourist one, definitely places the Municipality of Cittadella (PD) at the center of attention and makes it more and more pole of attraction for the international tourist market. The support to the project will allow to complete the impegant work of post-production connected to the use of four cameras and the choice of filming in 4K for an absolute definition and beauty of image. This is to be able to produce a DVD BLUE RAY that will allow the perfect view of places and architectures of rare beauty and uniqueness.
