GRIND HOUSE non è solo un locale, bensì una solida realtà musicale del triveneto, sita in quel di Padova. Rock, darkwave, post-punk, metal, punk, ebm, industrial e molto altro passa regolarmente per le casse del club, intrattenendo e dando asilo a tutte quelle anime notturne che, ad oggi, ancora non si sono arrese all'omologazione artistica con cui siamo bombardati dal mercato.

Band ed artisti del calibro di L.A. Guns, Richie Ramone, Vega, Grausame Töchter, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Negura Bunget, Enuff'Z'Nuff,Tigertailz, Ancillotti e molti altri hanno calcato il palco del Grind House, garantendo tanto alle vecchie guardie dell'ambiente alternative quanto ai neofiti la possibilità di gustarsi live di prima qualità, in un ambiente con un'attitudine che richiama alla memoria i locali ove, decenni fa, nascevano queste correnti musicali; tutto questo seguito da alcuni tra i migliori DJ della scena underground (Jeez Kult, Whipping Boy, Mario Tio).

Ora, dopo 7 anni di esistenza ed eventi mirati alle melodie ed al clubbing più legato alle cosiddette "subculture urbane", il team ha deciso di fare uno nuova scommessa: creare il PRIMO FESTIVAL GRIND HOUSE: "ÜNDERGROUND⚡ÜNDERSTAR⚡", sponsorizzato dalle serate che scandiscono le notti patavine: Rock'N'Roll All Stars, Das Lust, Dark Overground, Monsters&Core, GOTHAM e Padova Metal Night.

Il setup dei concerti si dividerà a seconda della corrente musicale, con più serate dedicate ognuna a Industrial/Harsh, Goth Rock e New Wave, Hard/Glam Rock, Punk e Metal. Update delle scalette saranno postate una volta definiti i nomi richiamati a questo evento... E perché no, fino al setup definitivo, contattateci e dateci suggerimenti su chi voi vorreste veder suonare assieme ai nostri alfieri storici, siamo sempre pronti ad aprire le nostre porte a nuovi artisti!

La campagna di crowdfunding è stata pensata in questa modalità appositamente per garantire la migliore riuscita del festival: ogni 3000€ raggiunti permetteranno l'organizzazione di una nuova data, fino ad un massimale di 3, al fine di poter garantire la presenza delle migliori star delle varie scene alternative.

Noi ci mettiamo la nostra esperienza in campo organizzativo e musicale, la nostra voglia di sfidarci con nuove imprese e l'energia per regalarvi nuove grandi emozioni, figlie di quelle con cui vi abbiamo deliziato per anni.

GRIND HOUSE is not just a club: it is a solid italian underground reality, located in Padova. Rock, darkwave, post-punk, metal, punk, ebm, industrial and much more flows out of the club speakers, entertaining and giving shelter to all the nocturnal souls who, up to these days, do not surrender to the artistic homologation from which we are bombarded from the market and the media.

Band and artists like L.A. Guns, Richie Ramone, Vega, Grausame Töchter, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Negura Bunget, Enuff'Z'Nuff,Tigertailz, Ancillotti and many more performed on the stage of Grind House, guaranteeing to both the old school fans and the rookies of the alternative scene the chance to appreciate top-notch live shows, in a location with the same attitude of the old clubs where, decades ago, these music genres were born, with each show followed up by some of the best DJ in the underground scene (Jeez Kult, Whipping Boy, Mario Tio).

Now, after 7 years of existence and events focused on the clubbing style closest to the so called "suburban cultures, the team decided to deal with a new challenge: create the FIRST GRIND HOUSE FESTIVAL: "ÜNDERGROUND⚡ÜNDERSTAR⚡", supported by the nighttime events that already liven up Padova nights: Rock'N'Roll All Stars, Das Lust, Dark Overground, Monsters&Core, GOTHAM and Padova Metal Night.

The concerts setup will be divided by concepts, having multiple nights dedicated each to a particular music genre, like Industrial/Harsh, Goth Rock and New Wave, Hard/Glam Rock, Punk and Metal. Updates on the event preparation will be posted once the names for the daily line-up will be chosen... Maybe even from you! Until the final setup, you are free to contact us and offer suggestions on who you would like to see together with the artists proposed by us!

The crowdfunding campaign has been developed under the following procedure in order to guarantee the best outcome of our festival: every 3000€ step will allow the preparation of a new date, up to 3 nights of live music; this will allow us to gather the best artists of the underground scene.

We put on the line our experience in the organization of live events, our will to test ourselves in new challgenges, and the energy to gift you new, strong emotions, sons of the ones that we made you feel for years.
