SCENDI IN CAMPO CON L’ASD PGS SANTA GEMMA #CALCIOA5

C'è un campo a Roma... che ha bisogno di fari nuovi! Dopo aver valutato numerosi preventivi, ci stiamo affidando al più conveniente, ma abbiamo bisogno dell'aiuto di tutti voi per ILLUMINARE IL NOSTRO CAMPO, così che ci si possa giocare al meglio, ma prima presentiamoci...

… in tanti ricordano quel campo di terra tra Viale Jonio e Piazza Monte Gennaro, nodo tra i quartieri romani del Tufello e Talenti. Tanta polvere si alzava da quel campo di terra, il sabato e la domenica, o negli infiniti pomeriggi estivi. Un appuntamento fisso per bambini e ragazzi: risate e ginocchia sbucciate a inseguire un pallone. Dietro a tutto questo c’era la Polisportiva Giovanile Salesiana (Pgs) della giovanissima Parrocchia Santa Gemma Galgani (Roma Nord, classe 1988).

Oggi quel campo di terra non c’è più, perché al suo posto, dal 2013, c’è un campo nuovo e bellissimo, “ultima generazione”, con tanto di panchine e spogliatoi (dove l’acqua delle docce è quasi sempre calda!). Un sogno che si è realizzato grazie all’impegno, all’ostinazione e alla fatica di tantissimi che, semplicemente, sapevano guardare più lontano: oggi su questo campo da calcioa5 si allenano e giocano, a rotazione, dieci squadre. Nelle prime ore del pomeriggio il cancello si apre per i “Primi Calci”, seguono i Pulcini, gli Esordienti, i Giovanissimi, le Under 21 e ... a tarda sera, gli ultimi a lasciare il campo sono la Libera Maschile o Femminile.

Nonostante il tempo trascorso e i tanti passi avanti fatti, il desiderio della nostra Pgs è rimasto quello di essere un punto di riferimento nel territorio per chi voglia praticare sport in un ambiente sano e pulito, al di là delle proprie disponibilità economiche.

Per andare incontro a tutte le situazioni e a tutti i tipi di famiglie, la Pgs S.Gemma sopravvive autofinanziandosi, grazie al volontariato di tutti, Dirigenti e Allenatori. Mantenere viva questa realtà, però, ha dei costi altissimi: la manutenzione del campo, l’acquisto di un defibrillatore (e relativo corso abilitante), l’iscrizione ai tornei e ai campionati FIGC, l’acquisto dei materiali e delle divise … ed ora … l’adeguamento dell’impianto di illuminazione!

10, 25, 50, 100 euro o più se vorrete ;-) ... ovviamente qualsiasi contributo ci aiuterà a raggiungere l'obiettivo!

Per qualsiasi contributo rilasceremo una "ricevuta per elargizione liberale" che consentirà a voi benefattori di poter detrarre il 19% della somma donata nel 730 del prossimo anno. Inoltre  avrete certamente tutta la nostra gratitudine per averci aiutato nel nostro progetto ed un ringraziamento pubblico sul sito della società :-)

TAKE THE FIELD WITH ASD PGS SANTA GEMMA – 5-A-SIDE FOOTBALL

Once upon a time there was a field in Rome....and now it needs new lights! After a careful evaluation of the quotations received for the work, we are relying on the most convinient, however we need the help of all of you to LIGHT UP OUR FIELD and allow everyone to play in it … but before … let’s introduce ourselves …

… many remember our neighbourhood football ground pitch placed between Viale Jonio and Piazza Monte Gennaro, in the heart of two of the most iconic districts of Rome: Tufello and Talenti.

So much dust used to rose from that field on Saturdays and Sundays, and during those endless summer afternoons. A habitual event for children and teen agers who enjoyed their selves laughing and scraping their knees while chasing a ball.

Behind the curtains of this theatre of happiness and joy there’s the no-profit sports club called Polisportiva Giovanile Salesiana (PGS) of the recent parish Santa Gemma Galgani (found in 1988).

Nowadays that dusty ground pitch is no longer there, as in its place in 2013 has been built a new stunning last generation field, beautifully equipped with its own benches and locker rooms (where showers’ water is nearly always warm…!). A dream that came true thanks to the commitment, the efforts and persistence of some who had the ability of being forward-looking. Today ten football teams are lucky enough to play and train on this five-a-side pitch: starting with the “Primi Calci” (First Kicks) in the early afternoon, followed by the Pulcini (Novices), the Esordienti (Young) and the Giovanissimi (Rockies) and the two Under 21. The last ones to eventually leave the field in the late evening are the Libera Maschile and Libera Femminile (adults, man and women teams).

Despite of the time passed and the many steps forward, the goal of our Pgs football club is still to be a strong reference point in the district for all those who are aiming to play sports in a healthy and upright environment, no matter of their economic means.

To make it possible for everyone to join, Pgs S. Gemma survives on self-financing thanks to the 100% voluntary work of managers and coaches.

Sadly, the costs to keep the club in activity are quite high: the pitch maintenance, the mandatory purchase of a defibrillator (with its related qualifying course), the signing up to tournaments and FIGC championships, the purchase of uniforms and other materials…and now ... the adjustment of the lighting system ...

10, 25, 50, 100 euros or more if you wish ;-) ... obviously any contribution will help us to achieve our goal!

For any contributions we will release a "receipt of donation" for a deduction of 19% (as set by the italian Law) in your tax return of the next year. Furthermore you will surely have all our gratitude and a public thanks on our website :-)
