Ciao, il mio nome è Marcello Di Fronzo Gravallese e sono uno sviluppatore software.

Durante lo scorso periodo di emergenza, caratterizzato da file interminabili davanti ai negozi e dalla paura dell'alto rischio di contagio dovuto al ritrovarsi in molte persone nello stesso locale, mi sono reso conto che avrei potuto dare una mano anche io, creando uno strumento in grado di aiutare a ridurre le file e ad evitare inutili assembramenti di persone nei negozi.
Ecco perché ho creato questa Web App: 'Easy Shopping App'.

Per fortuna l'emergenza, almeno in Italia, sembra superata. Serve ancora, comunque, tenere alta la guardia e continuare con comportamenti responsabili.

Easy Shopping App è in grado di supportare tali comportamenti. Inoltre, nel momento in cui il suo network raggiungerà una grandezza adeguata, sarà uno strumento di marketing e filiazione utilissimo per negozi di piccole e medie dimensioni. Con il suo gestore di magazzino, semplifica enormemente la vita dei piccoli commercianti che sono sprovvisti di un tool professionale a pagamento.

Negozianti, contattatemi per creare un negozio demo e testare funzionalità della web app, oppure per organizzare direttamente il vostro negozio online! Scrivetemi anche nel caso vi serva aiuto per inserire il vostro magazzino direttamente nel sistema, sarò ben lieto di aiutare. È completamente gratuita per gli utenti finali 'Clienti'. Per il futuro, ho previsto licenze a pagamento, solo per i negozianti, per funzioni avanzate.

Come funziona?

Si tratta di un gestionale di ordini online, sia per consegne a domicilio, sia per ritiro in negozio. Dispone di un sistema di gestione del magazzino che è possibile disattivare se si dispone già di altre soluzioni.

Benefici per i clienti:

• poter visualizzare tutto l'elenco prodotti del negozio
• effettuare ricerche per prodotto rendendo veloce e semplice l'acquisto
• se il negozio lo permette - poter richiedere la consegna a domicilio
• poter ordinare comodamente da casa ed essere avvisato quando l'ordine è pronto per il ritiro in negozio o per  essere consegnato
• evitare le interminabili file
• evitare i rischi di contagio dovuti ad assembramenti di persone in luoghi chiusi

Benefici del commerciante:

• avere un gestionale per gli ordini online, quindi un sistema efficiente, semplice e chiaro per processarli
• non dover più leggere mille messaggi WhatsApp e gestire a mano gli ordini ricevuti
• se non si dispone di un gestionale di magazzino, la Web App possiede un sistema integrato per tale scopo
• ridurre le file davanti al proprio negozio
• ridurre il rischio di contagio per sé e per i propri dipendenti
• raggiungere nuovi clienti che, per diversi motivi, specialmente in questo periodo, preferiscono usare internet rispetto a recarsi direttamente in negozio

Nella homepage ci sono vari tutorial che spiegano le funzioni base dell'applicazione. Ne aggiungerò altri prossimamente.

Arrivo ora alle motivazioni che mi hanno spinto a creare questa campagna di crowdfunding.

Il progetto è sostanzialmente ultimato nella sua versione base. Devo ultimare il beta testing ed l'internazionalizzazione, poi sarà pronto per essere distribuito.
Fino ad ora è stato un progetto personale, unico sviluppatore, unico designer, tanti amici consiglieri. Adesso che ha raggiunto la stabilità per essere distribuito, vorrei poter passare ad un livello successivo, reclutando un designer ed eventualmente un altro sviluppatore. Inoltre devo considerare i costi di gestione dei server. Come ultimo passo, prima di procedere alla sua distribuzione, speriamo, in larga scala, devo pianificare ed investire in un modello di marketing efficiente.

Essendo un'applicazione a doppia licenza, una completamente gratuita per gli utenti finali 'Clienti', l'altra eventualmente a pagamento, basata sui servizi utilizzati dai commercianti, non sono in grado di creare delle ricompense tangibili. A parte la mia infinita gratitudine per avermi dato la possibilità di andare avanti con questo progetto, ho previsto delle licenze temporanee gratuite per i commercianti. Per i clienti, ho previsto un sistema di sconti in negozi specifici nelle loro vicinanze.

Il beneficio di questa campagna di crowdfunding non si limita solo alla raccolta di eventuali fondi, ma è un primo strumento, che mi dà la possibilità di presentare ad un pubblico più esteso la mia web app. Quindi, vi ringrazio sentitamente per avermi dedicato un pò del vostro tempo e vi prego di condividere con i vostri amici e conoscenti questo progetto. Hi, my name is Marcello Di Fronzo Gravallese and I am a software developer.

During the last emergency period, characterized by interminable lines in front of shops and the fear of the high risk of contagion due to many people in the same place, I realized that I could help, creating a tool that can help reduce queues and avoid unnecessary crowding of people in stores.

That is why I created this Web App: 'Easy Shopping App'.

Fortunately, the emergency, at least in Italy, seems to have been overcome. We still need, however, to keep our guard up and continue with responsible behavior.

Easy Shopping App can support these behaviors. Furthermore, when its network reaches an adequate size, it will be a very useful marketing and subsidiary tool for small and medium-sized stores. With its warehouse manager, it greatly simplifies the life of small shop owner who do not have a paid professional tool.

The Web App is in its latest test version and is already working at: https://easyshoppingapp.com. Anyone who wants to try it is welcome!

Shop owners, contact me to create a demo shop and test the functionality of the Web App, or to organize your online store directly! Also write to me if you need help to enter your warehouse directly into the system, I will be happy to help. It is completely free for 'Customers' end users. For the future, I have planned paid licenses, for retailers only, for advanced functions.

How does it work?

It is an online order management system, both for home deliveries and for in-store pickup. It has a warehouse management system that you can turn off if you already have other solutions.

Benefits for customers:

• be able to view the entire product list of the store
• search by product making the purchase quick and easy
• if the shop allows - to be able to request home delivery
• be able to order comfortably from home and be notified when the order is ready for collection in the store or to be delivered
• avoid the endless queues
• avoid the risk of contagion due to gatherings of people in closed places

Benefits of the merchants:

• have a management system for online orders, therefore an efficient, simple and clear system for processing them
• no longer having to read a thousand WhatsApp messages and manage the orders received by hand
• if you do not have a warehouse management system, the Web App has an integrated system for this purpose
• reduce the queues in front of your shop
• reduce the risk of contagion for themselves and their employees
• reach new customers who, for various reasons, especially in this period, prefer to use the internet rather than go directly to the store

On the homepage there are various tutorials that explain the basic functions of the application. I will add more soon.

I come now to the reasons that led me to create this crowdfunding campaign.

The project is basically completed in its basic version. I must complete the beta testing and the internationalization and then it will be ready to be distributed.

Up until now it has been a personal project, one developer, one designer, many friends-advisors. Now that it is stable to be released, I wish I could move to the next level by recruiting a designer and possibly another developer. Also, I must consider the costs of running the servers. As a last step, before proceeding with its distribution, hopefully, on a large scale, I must plan and invest in an efficient marketing model.

Being a dual-licensed application, one completely free for 'Customers' end users, the other possibly paid, based on the services used by merchants, I am unable to create tangible rewards. Aside from my infinite gratitude for giving me the opportunity to move forward with this project, I have provided free temporary licenses for merchants. For customers, I have a system of discounts in specific stores in their vicinity.

The benefit of this crowdfunding campaign is not limited only to raising any funds, but it is a first tool, which gives me the opportunity to present my Web App to a wider audience.
