CAMPAGNA CROWFUNDING “THE MASK”

1. IL PROGETTO “THE MASK” 

Questo progetto è composto da 7 cortometraggi, in stile black-mirror, uno stile che non viene usato molto spesso.

Ogni cortometraggio è un episodio. E ogni episodio ha una storia a sé, con una propria trama, sceneggiatura e personaggi diversi.

Usando questo stile voglio trascinare lo spettatore dentro quello che vede. Facendo provare un senso di angoscia.

Perché ogni episodio ha l’obiettivo di descrivere una situazione sociale attuale, come il razzismo, omofobia.

Facendo riferimento alle mille maschere che indossiamo ogni giorno a seconda del contesto, in senso figurato.

Decontestualizzando il luogo comune del problema, in una maniera diversa dal solito.

Tutto questo viene fatto attraverso immagini, dialoghi, musiche e colori scelte nel dettaglio, con una ricerca accurata, in modo da riportare a una determinata situazione.

2. COME E’ NATO TUTTO

Sono cresciuto guardando i film di grandi registi, come Spielberg, Kubrick, Hitchcock, Fellini. Così è nata la mia passione per il cinema.

La passione è uno dei più grandi motori che una persona può avere.

Ti spinge a fare cose per raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, a fare quello che ti piace.

Così ho deciso di mettermi dall’altra parte dello schermo. Volevo far parte di quel mondo.

Durante l’adolescenza ho iniziato a studiare teatro e cinema, facendo anche esperienza direttamente sul palco. Dalla semplice comparsa fino ad arrivare a diventare l’attore protagonista.

Dopo aver fatto le mie esperienze ed essermi guardato un po’ intorno. Mi sentivo pronto per iniziare un nuovo percorso.

Proprio per questo è nato questo progetto. Per esprimere la mia creatività e realizzare i miei sogni.

Così ho preso una telecamera in mano, un microfono, qualche amico e ho iniziato a fare la cosa che mi piace di più,

Girare un cortometraggio.

Con questo progetto non voglio semplicemente esprimere le mia visione di cinema.

Voglio dimostrare che giovani artisti come me possono aprire un’alternativa al classico cinema italiano.

3. PERCHE’ SCEGLIERE QUESTO PROGETTO

Sono un giovane artista, che ha nuove idee, che vuole dare vita a queste idee.

Questo progetto è l’inizio del mio percorso per continuare la mia passione.

È un’alternativa a quello che siamo abituati a vedere tutti i giorni, per i grandi appassionati del genere.

Con il tuo sostegno puoi entrare a far parte di un progetto importante. Che può dare voce ai tuoi pensieri.

Dove quello che vedi sullo schermo è il risultato del lavoro dietro le quinte.

Perché è bello esibirsi su un palco allestito, ma bisogna anche saperlo allestire.

"THE MASK" CROWFUNDING CAMPAIGN

1. THE "THE MASK" PROJECT

This project consists of 7 short films, in a black-mirror style, a style that's not used very often.

Each short film is an episode. And each episode has a story of its own, with its own storyline, script and different characters.

Using this style I want to drag the viewer into what he sees. Making them feel a sense of anguish.

Because every episode aims to describing a current social situation, such as racism, homophobia.

Referring to the thousand masks we wear every day depending on the context, figuratively speaking.

Decontextualizing the common place of the problem, in a different way than usual.

All this will be done through images, dialogues, music and colors chosen in detail, with an accurate search, in order to report to a specific situation.

2. HOW EVERYTHING HAS BEGUN

I grew up watching films made by great directors, like Spielberg, Kubrick, Hitchcock, Fellini. This is how my passion for cinema was born.

Passion is one of the greatest engines a person can have.

It pushes you to do things to achieve your goals, to do what you like.

So I decided to put myself on the other side of the screen. I wanted to be part of that world.

During my adolescence I started studying theater and cinema, also doing experience directly on stage. From the simple appearance up to becoming the leading actor.

After doing my experiences and looking around for a while I felt ready to start a new path.

This is exactly the reason why this project was created. To express my creativity and realize my dreams.

So I took a camera in my hand, a microphone, some friends and I started doing the thing I like the most:

Shooting a short film.

With this project I don't want to just express my view on cinema,
I also want to show that young artists like me can open up an alternative to the classic Italian cinema.

3. WHY CHOOSING THIS PROJECT

-I am a young artist, who has new ideas, who wants to give life to these ideas.

-This project is the beginning of my journey to continue my passion.

-For the great fans of the genre, it is an alternative to what we are used to see every day.

-With your support you can become part of an important project, which can give voice to your thoughts.

-Where what you see on the screen is the result of working behind the scenes.

-Because it's nice to perform on a set up stage, but you also need to know how to set it up.
