It's required to read and accept the users' agreement that you can find here below
which rules activities and deals on this internet platform.

1. With this AGREEMENT PDB has no ownership of royalites related to the project. WHO PROPOSE A PROJECT should guarantee to PDB the ownership of the IDEA proposed on PDB and/or guarantee to use properly with licence possible third-party royalties, excluding PDB form legal involvement from penalties or possible claims related to the CREATION produced. 2. The DETAILS related to the project must contain: a. The EXPIRATION DATE, that is the period of time the project is required to be kept on line; b. TOTAL COST, that is the estimation calculated by the the producer on the total cost required for production; c. QUOTES, the producer should specify the number of quotas required to divide the total cost necessary for the production; d. It is required the way it is preferred to receive PAYMENTS from supporters; e. TIME REQUIRED for production and delivery of the created project; f. Any other info related to DELIVERING COSTS. 3. WHO WANTS TO PROPOSE A PROJECT is totally responsible for truthfulness of personal info and specicifacions given in the project details towards PDB anf third-party. 4. Once the PROJECT reaches expiry date, if the number or quotas required in the PROJECT DETAILS is reached, PDB will inform, by sending a mail to all supporters, to process payments as per info contained in the project detisl and will deliver to WHOM PROPOSED THE PROJECT a list of all supporters, their addressed and all details of delivery they required. 5. WHO PROPOSE A PROJECT is committed to carry out the producton of the project and to deliver it within timeframes and criterias given in the PROJECT DETAILS. 6. PDB is not responsible for the failures related to booked quotas not paid by supporters. 7.WHO PROPOSE A PROJECT is obliged to keep PDB exluded from any responsability in case of any non-fulfilment from supportes or third parties. 8.This is a binding agreement among parties and is driven on line. 9.In case of controversy the jurisdiction in charge will be the Court appeal in Milan. 10.For all remaining not included in this contract it is reinforced by civil code.
